Services include candle spellwork, spiritual consultations, divination readings (coming soon), and energetic cleansings for both people and spaces. The focus is on helping you feel clearer, more aligned, and more connected to yourself and your environment.

My Story
My name’s Josie — a native New Yorker, first-generation American, younger millennial, career woman, mom, wife, and dedicated spiritual practitioner of 10 years.
West Indian folk magic and Yoruba spirituality run deep in my bloodline, with generations of diviners, root workers, and healers before me. My spiritual journey honestly started young, around 6 years old, when I began questioning Christianity and a lot of the behavior I saw within organized religion. I felt disconnected from church and religious community for years after that, but never disconnected from spirit itself.
Even as a child, I was constantly speaking to spirit without fully realizing what I was doing. I’d set intentions naturally, pray and vent when I was alone, and create little “protective shields” around myself at night because I could feel uncomfortable energy in the corners of my bedroom and felt watched often. Looking back now, I realize spirituality was always present in my life, even before I had the language for it.
By 19, after years of research and theology courses, I fully deconstructed organized religion. By 24, I was committed to spirituality, though still trying to figure out what that really meant for me. I explored a lot of New Age spaces, trying to understand concepts like frequencies, shadow work, and self-worth, but something still felt incomplete.
Everything shifted when I picked up my first spell candle at 29. I had no idea what the herbs or dressings meant at the time. I simply followed the incantation that came with it, added my own prayer, and saw immediate results. That moment changed everything for me.
Fast forward to today, my practice has grown into something deeply personal, intuitive, and powerful. My strongest areas are candle magic, divination, glamour work, banishing, justice work, and spiritual protection.
